Return & Replacement Policy

What can I return?

You may request returns for most items you buy from sellers listed on VKY Store or from VKY Store itself that are within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable on the product detail page.

Items are returnable if you've received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective, or different from its description on the product detail page on VKY Store.

What are the return guidelines?

Following are the return guidelines:

  1. Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.
  2.  Only the Self-Return option is available, which means you have to visit the nearest post office or the courier company and ship the item to the VKY Store's warehouse address mentioned on the website. 
  3. Once the return is received, you will, in accordance with vkystore.comRefund Policy, be issued a refund to your original payment method or through Paytm.

Can my order be replaced?

If the item you ordered arrived in a physically damaged or defective or is different from their description on the product detail page or has missing parts or accessories, it will be eligible for a replacement, provided the exact item is available with the same seller.

Shipping Cost Refunds

Any item sold on VKY Store including the items sold by the marketplace sellers on VKY Store does not qualify for any refund on the shipping charges paid during the purchase of any order.
